December 9th is based in Los Angeles, California, but our artists are located around the world. All artwork is printed, framed and shipped in Los Angeles, CA.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship only within the United States. We are expanding our territories and will be adding international shipping options very soon.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
All payments are made via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to make payment. We will accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
All framed print orders are hand-created at the time of purchase. Your custom print orders will ship within five business days, original artwork orders may take longer. If you need something sooner, please contact us so we can make special arrangements. We try to ship as quickly as possible, but not all of our products are ready made.
CAN I USE AN ALTERNATE SHIPPING METHOD?
We will also allow pick-up of your order so you may arrange least expensive carrier. Please contact us to arrange a pick-up.
DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes! Many of our artists accept commissions, and all of our prints are customized before check-out. Get in touch with us to discuss your request(s).
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Original Artwork is non-refundable and final sale only. If you have any problems with your order just contact us. Custom print orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Returns are accepted on custom print orders within seven days of delivery, a 25% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns.
