SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are custom printed in either Los Angeles, California or Phoenix, Arizona. Most orders ship within 3-5 days. Prints are sent in sturdy craft tubes or flat-packed in a rigid envelope. If you are ordering more than one print, We will package them together for the sake of saving on shipping and being environmentally responsible. 

All orders are shipped ground unless otherwise specified. If you need faster turnaround, please get in touch and we can arrange a faster option. While we regret any delays that may be caused by Postal and Customs processing, December 9th cannot be responsible for them and cannot guarantee transit time for any package.

December 9th cannot be responsible for any transit losses caused due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please ensure your address is entered correctly at the time of purchase. If your address is incorrect please contact us immediately.

 

RETURN POLICY
Please note that once you place an order with December 9th, it is considered fully processed as a final sale. All prints are custom printed for you at the time of purchase. Returns or exchanges are not accepted.

If a piece is damaged during shipping, please send an email with photo of the damaged piece and packaging within 24 hours upon receiving.
