SHIPPING POLICY

December 9th cannot be responsible for any transit losses caused due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please ensure your address is entered correctly at the time of purchase. If your address is incorrect please contact us immediately.

Prints are sent in sturdy craft tubes via UPS or USPS. If you are ordering more than one print, We will package them together for the sake of saving on shipping and being environmentally responsible. 

Original artwork is custom packaged with care and sent economy for all domestic and international shipments.

Shipments go out every Friday. If you need faster turnaround, please let us know and we can arrange a solution. 

While we regret any delays that may be caused by Postal and Customs processing, December 9th cannot be responsible for them and cannot guarantee transit time for any package.

If you live in the city of origin for any piece, we can arrange a meeting to pick up your order. To inquire about city origin for any piece, please contact us.  Please note that international recipients are responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery.

 

RETURN POLICY

Please note that once you place an order with December 9th, it is considered fully processed as a final sale. All artworks are one of a kind or custom printed for you at the time of purchase. Returns or exchanges are not accepted.

In unlikely case if the piece is damaged during shipping, please send an email with photo of the damaged piece and packaging within 24 hours upon receiving.
